Our Current Rates

    • One Bedroom Cottage – $129
      (based on double occ)
      Includes Double Bed & Pull Out Sofa
    • Two Bedroom Cottage – $160
      Double Bed & Bunkbeds
    • Three Bedroom Cottage – TBA

    • Pets – $20 per stay
  • Additional persons – $10 each

OUR POLICIES

PET POLICY

  • 2 Pet Friendly Cottages with a One Time Fee $20 per pet, per stay
  • Pets are not to be left unattended
  • Pet Friendly Cottages – One 1-Bedroom with a double bed and One 2-Bedroom with double bed and bunk beds with double on the bottom and single on the top.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Aspen by the Sea is 100% Smoke Free
  • There sill be a $250 charge for smoking in the cottages
    Ash trays available for outside use

QUITE TIME

  • 11:00pm is quiet time to ensure all guests have full enjoyment

MINIMUM STAY

  • Long Weekends & Large Bookings there is a minimum of 2 night stay required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • 48 Hour Notice from the day of check in or a one night charge will be applied to the credit card holding the reservation
  • 7 Day Notice for long weekend or large booking cancellation, or credit card will be charged.
  CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
  • Check Out is 11:00am
    (Extended check out available depending on availability – Charges may apply)
  • Check in is 3:00pm.
    You may register early and as a room becomes available you may check in
PAYMENT POLICY
  • Methods of payment accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Debit & Cash
TELECOMMUNICATION & INTERNET POLICY
  • Include if there is internet on site, WIFI or phones.
